Changing Pedagogic Landscape

What research questions the project addresses, aims & themes

The project is examining system level influences on pedagogic change at the university level across Europe. For example, what is the role of Government agencies in encouraging or prohibiting pedagogic change? What is the good practice from quality assurance agencies? What is the influence of different funding models?

How the research questions are addressed by the project (methodology and activity/environment)

Using a combination of desktop research, and case studies from eight different countries, the project will produce a set of recommendations. These will then be developed at a workshop for experts.

Current activities

The pedagogy report examining different innovations in pedagogy has been completed. The draft final report that combines this with chapters on quality and funding is currently being completed (2015)

Findings and outputs

Report will be released in July 2015
