Getting help

If you or your students need help at any point, your first point of call is the Library Helpdesk. They are available 7 days a week and can be contacted by phone, email, online live 'webchat', online enquiry form, or by minicom (for hearing impaired users).

The Safari site introduces all the skills needed by students to help them find, use and evaluate information.

Most online resources only require your Open University Computer Username (OUCU) and password to log in. If you have any problems with these, there are FAQs on both the tutor and student home pages; you will find Computing Support contact details too.
