Joe's experiences provided good learning opportunities for other students. So for example one of the sessions I was doing was around coaching styles and understanding communication. And we looked at this whole thing of, “well how do you do effective non verbal communication?” And Joe was great because obviously he's relying hugely on non verbal communication and actually he was able to sort of give other students feedback about what was working, what was being understood. And he was always part of the group. He was just really, in a sense, another student. But he was more so than that because he was highly valued amongst his peers. And it was never an issue of “oh my goodness what are we going to with Joe?” That simply wasn't the way anything was approached. He was just part of the group. He was included in all of the activities.
