Get to know the people that are supporting that student. Work together with them. And listen to the student, because actually they've probably got most of the solutions to your problems. So have an understanding from their perspective. Simple things, which actually in effect are just about good teaching practice. You know, turning around from the board and leaving your back to your class is absolutely impossible, if you're trying to lip read, obviously, and absolutely impossible if there's issues of signing, but also it's not great for anybody else either. So, you know again, it's about… maybe having those kind of students actually forces us to become better teachers. And that's not such a bad thing is it.
