My specific difficulty is taking in written information, reading it, and processing it. I have to read something over and over again, just to take in the information. And so when I'm in a lecture, specifically, and there's the lecture slides coming up on the screen and the lecturer's talking, generally they'll go through the information that's directly on the screen. They'll also go through their own information. So I have to read what's on the screen, listening to them as well and the two at the same time is… it's very difficult for me. And then writing down notes at the same time you know, it becomes a problem. But the thing that helps me is handouts, handouts in front of me. It means that the basic information is already there, to be read and just look at. And then the guy's talking. I can listen to what he's saying and make instant notes on those lecture notes.
