Lecturers thinking in advance, about just doing something quite simple like putting their teaching papers on their website or the department website. About having them in an accessible form, where fonts could be changed. For thinking ahead, about things like field trips. For just thinking about the layout of a room before the class starts, so that a wheelchair user needn't feel, when they arrive in the room, that suddenly the whole room changes around and the dynamic changes when they arrive, but that they arrive in the room as just kind of… they arrive, they take their place because the room is set up in such a way that it allows them to do that. It's quite little things really but they do make a huge difference.
