David Mayle interviews the three successful innovators mentioned... above and we build a picture of the complex and practical issues that they have surmmounted to realise their ideas. In the second tack Eion Farmer speaks to the Minnessota Mining and Manufacturing, better known as 3M, focussing on their UK and European operations
