Error message - Attempt to authenticate to non-existent session

If you use an AOL browser you may see this error message when trying to access Library resources:

"Attempt to authenticate to non-existent session"

This is a known problem with this solution: Please minimise your AOL browser and try accessing our resources using an alternative browser such as Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
