Chat to a Librarian login information

We have made some small technical changes to Chat to a Librarian which mean that in order to access the webchat service you will need to be logged in as a student or member of staff. If you are not already logged into the website you will be asked to log in using your OU computer username (OUCU) and password. Further information can be found on the Passwords and Troubleshooting page. This will take effect from August 2015
