New Library Search: giving you more access to library resources

Library Search has replaced the One stop search, journals and ebooks search boxes on the library website. Library Search gives you access to more of the library’s resources than One stop search did previously, with improved direct searching capabilities, allowing you to easily find articles and books.  Library Search is also being introduced into course materials with accompanying help and support materials.

One stop search will remain available until the start of July 2015. Until then you can continue to access One stop search from the link to One stop search on the home page of the library website or from the Search page. If you have created your own login for One stop search and have saved resources via here you will still be able to access those saved resources through EBSCOHost once One stop search is withdrawn.

The new Library Search will improve your experience and ease of finding library articles, journals, databases and books. It includes a handy ‘My Bookshelf’ option so you can save and manage your search results. Library Search has undergone testing with students from the Library Student Panel to ensure it meets student study needs.
