Online training sessions: additional software required from 1st October

OU Live (powered by Blackboard Collaborate) has been used successfully for over a year to deliver online library training sessions to OU students and staff.  From today (Wednesday 1^st October) you will need to install a “launcher” to be able to attend online training sessions and view recordings.

The installation can take around 15-20 minutes depending on your connection, so please allow extra time to do this before attending a session. You will only need to install the launcher once.
