Library Search was not always displaying the contents of the 'View Online' tab when using Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge browsers. This was investigated urgently and has now been resolved. The advice was to use a different internet browser to access Library Search e.g. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
