How do I renew my SCONUL Card?

To reapply for the SCONUL Access Scheme please complete and return another application form.

Please fill in all relevant sections, including your OU Personal Identification number. If you do not know your Persoanl Identification number please contact the Library Helpdesk.

Once you return this form to us (SCONUL Access scheme, Open University Library, Walton Hall, Milton Keynes, MK7 6AA) and we have confirmed that you are fully registered for a future module, we will post out the SCONUL Access card to you.

Please note that if there is a gap between completion of one module and payment for another then you will need to wait until you have paid for the next module before you can renew.
