The Library Services Helpdesk can assist with enquiries relating to finding library resources such as journals, articles and ebooks. You can contact us by phone, email, webform, webchat, or letter.
The Library building at Walton Hall is self-service, but Customer Services staff are available to help with enquiries relating to borrowing, renewing and returning items and Document Delivery during the hours shown below.
- The May Bank Holidays will be Monday 6 May and Monday 27th, when the Library building will be closed.
- The Library Helpdesk will provide a webchat only service on these days
- The weekends prior to the Bank Holidays will have a normal service
- All services are back to normal on Tuesdays 7th and 28th May
