The Open University sponsors NI Civil Service Live 2017

The Open University is proud to announce that it is sponsoring NI Civil Service Live 2017 on Wednesday 24 May at the Belfast Waterfront.

NICS Live brings together over 1,000 delegates under one roof to share their experiences, their challenges and to collectively seek solutions. Delegates who attend this exclusive one-day event include leaders from across the Northern Ireland Civil Service, wider public sector, academia, charity and private sectors. 

At the event, The Open University will be running a seminar entitled “Supporting the Civil Service to develop a culture of learning” which will explore the ways that the University can support the training and development needs of public servants.

National Director of The Open University, John D’Arcy commented, “The Civil Service is a crucial part of the fabric of Northern Ireland. We are delighted to be partnering with NICS Live in recognition of the important role that Civil Servants play.
