This DVD contains two role play situations showing interviews between a clinical psychologist and her depressed client, Susan.
Video-recording of these sessions was followed by recording Interpersonal Process Recall (Elliott, 1986) interviews in which each individual reflected on the process.
The role-play sessions are not intended to be examples of the best and only way to work with patients. They are intended to be realistic and engaging, and to give trainees plenty of opportunities to critically analyse the processes involved.
