The COLMSCT Formative Evaluation Report to HEFCE (July 2007) is part of the Open CETL Formative Evaluation report. The latter was made up of the formative evaluation reports for each of the four Open University led CETLs. The Open University took the strategic decisions to harness the synergies of four CETLs through the concept of the Open CETL; part of this synergistic working involved developing an overall evaluation strategy co-ordinated by an external expert, Professor Murray Saunders of Lancaster University.
The HEFCE version of the Open CETL Formative Evaluation report began with an outline of the Open CETL evaluation strategy, together with an institutional perspective on the impact of the CETLs to date. This section of the report was followed by self evaluation reports from each CETL. This Resource is the COLMSCT part of the Open CETL Formative Evaluation report.
