Description

The main aim of the project was to investigate the ways in which HLTAs become involved in teaching in whole class and group situations in primary schools and in particular how, drawing on knowledge which may be explicit, implicit, tacit or encoded (Blackler, 1995, in Knight 2006) they understand, interpret and enact their role in those contexts.
