The Personalised Integrated Learning Support (PILS) Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning started from a premise that the student perspective can help us understand what constitutes good learner support. PILS has created the ARCS model as a basis for understanding the student experience and a multidisciplinary team to develop innovations aimed at integrating that experience across a modular curriculum.
