Want to keep your body and mind fit? Try fencing! In a bout you need to have a general game plan, but be mentally flexible enough to respond quickly to the moves of your opponent. It is a great stress reliever and an intense battle of will and wit – great exercise for both body and mind. Fencing can be done by people of any age and is suitable for a wide range of fitness abilities.
We hold sessions on Thursday nights from 17.00 - 19.00 and on Wednesdays between 13.00 and 14.00. All specialised kit is provided.
Our 5 week beginners course begins on Thursday 7th November at 17.00 in the Hub Theatre.
