Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate is a non-contact, self-refereed, fast field sport played with two teams of seven. The objective of the game is to throw a frisbee up the field from teammate to teammate until it’s caught in the opponent’s end zone. The game combines elements from other sports such as the running of football, the jumping, pivoting, and passing of netball, and the long throws into the end zone of American Football.

The OU Ultimate team is a mixed team and is called MK Ultimate. We currently practice every Tuesday evening. Practices continue indoors during the winter but please contact the team for details of where and when.
