Your Students Association website is changing!
We’ve recently embarked on the process of improving your OUSA website and we’d love you to be involved.
Our aim is to improve the experience of using the site and to offer a refreshed and clear structure and design. The new site will focus on the content that you tell us you’d like to see and we’ll be creating new opportunities for you to interact with us and with other students.
We kicked off the process by asking members of OUSA’s Central Executive Committee to take part in a lively workshop to debate the good, the bad and the ugly of the current site. The group were tasked with putting themselves in the shoes of all different types of visitors to come up with the ‘must have’ list of content and we’d love to hear your thoughts too.

What OUSA offers you
Not yet discovered an online OUSA forum?
Did you know that OUSA provides a whole host of online forums? Whatever your interests, hobbies, or academic area, OUSA has an online forum for you. Share your thoughts with other online contributors and contribute to your online student community. OUSA's new online forums are now located on the Open University's online teaching service. You can access them from your student home page. Look for 'O U Student Association Forums' in the left hand column.

OUSA and the O U working together
Representing the student viewpoint to the University is one of the most important functions of OUSA. Apart from having a student elected member of the O U Council, OUSA annually appoints 'Central Representatives' to sit as student members on Senate and the majority of the principal Governance Committees, as well as on Faculty Committees and Programme Committees. Any registered Open University student can apply to be considered for appointment as a Central Representative within the University Governance Structure. You can improve your studies by purchasing past exam papers for your courses from OUSA's Web Shop. Download your past papers straight onto your computer, just £1.25 per paper, or alternatively you can order them online and have them posted to you for £2.25.
