Guy Carberry

I am a User Experience (UX) designer leading a small team of talented UX researchers, content, visual and interaction designers. Our most recent focus has been on the Open University Student Help Centre where we have introduced some innovative approaches to continuous improvement by keeping students at the centre of the user centred design process. 

My greatest achievement is recruiting and retaining an exceptional team of people who care deeply about the OU student experience.

I am responsible for the content design, content strategy, user experience strategy, user experience design and user research actitivies for digital student support.

I am based in Academic Services, Student Support. You'll find me on the first floor of the Frank Henshaw Building on the East Campus.
