Professional biography

Mark Childs is a TEL Designer in the Learning & Teaching Innovation portfolio at The Open University.

Mark has worked in technology-enhanced learning since 1997 at Wolverhampton, Warwick, Coventry, Leicester, Worcester, Loughborough and Oxford Brookes Universities. From 2011 until starting at the OU on 1st January 2018, he also was a consultant for the education sector, during which time his clients included Hewett Packard, the Tablet Academy, Ravensbourne College, Jisc, the Field Museum Chicago and the Open University.
