I was fortunate enough to experience the joy of teaching, during my short stint as a Lecturer of Geology, at the Nowrosjee Wadia College, University of Pune (http://nowrosjeewadiacollege.edu.in/), between 2005 -2006. The revelationary insights into student academic perceptions, and learning behavior that I gained during this period, continues to guide my research interests, as I strive to understand the online learning journey of self-regulated learners.
