Good evening all! Is everyone looking forward to starting the course? I've spent a few hours this evening going through Chapter 1 of Book 1. Really enjoying it so far, and about to watch the DVD. Has anyone else started this? What are your thoughts??

I've gone through Chapter 1, made loads of notes on the activities in the book and started Chapter 2 - same process. I even had a go at Part 1 of Assignment One although I'm under no illusion it is good enough to submit - I just wanted to get some ideas down on paper whilst trying to stick to the guidelines of writing the piece in the first place! I'm rubbish when it comes to studying so I am hoping that - by being proactive this time around - it might help me further down the line when I'm ready to write it for real!!!

Hi everyone, I'm new to this (again). It's been a long time in the making, though, but finally I have taken the plunge - hope the pool is still full! Anyway I've had a good read through book one and made lots of notes, but still a little unsure of what is expected of me. Although I'm sure I'll get there with the support and help from all concerned.

It seems you all are shooting ahead with the study. I may get down the library and see if they have this book 1..I am really looking forward to putting my mind to something productive as a t the moment the only thing that gets the grey matter running is a scrabble app on my phone lol :)
