Competition: Win signed copy of book on how to deal with change *NOW CLOSED*

5 Tales of Change by Anthony Greenfield
Anthony Greenfield, a change practitioner and regular speaker at Open University Business School Alumni events, has just published his latest book, 5 Tales of Change and is offering OU students and alumni the chance to win a signed copy.

These five short, fictionalised tales, based on true stories, are an easy read, but they also pack a punch – each illustrates a key technique for dealing with change.

Can Bill use the magic of the Food Bank to give his team a sense of purpose? Will the inscrutable Professor convince Cliff to hand over control of change to his staff? Can George help Frenzy enter the digital age without losing its identity? Will Manish swallow his pride and re-invent his approach to sales? And finally, after Katie is plunged into chaos by her secretive boss can she do any better?

5 Tales of Change is a companion volume to Anthony’s first book, The 5 Forces of Change, described as “a model that works - finally!” by an OU MBA that recently attended one of Anthony’s workshops, and as "A master-class on the competencies required to achieve effective organisational change" by Professional Manager Magazine.

To enter the competition, email platform-competitions@open.ac.uk by 31 August 2012.  Please make the subject of your email ‘5 tales of change competition 2012’ and include your full name and address. All entries will all be entered into a prize draw and the winner will receive a signed copy of Anthony’s book.
