Does anybody know if it is possible to make flapjacks with honey instead of golden syrup? I love flapjacks and often take them walking for an energy boost but I find them too sweet but I'm not sure honey would stick them together as well.

You don't even need honey! I've used this recipe a few times, they taste yummy and are a bit lower in fat than the ones made with syrup.
try using different ingredients to i make berry tea infused flapjack with fruit pieces, they taste great. if you experiment with the flavours yoou like youll be able to make fla[jack to your taste
