It's got to be the Hairy Bikers. They have a sense of humour and cook good food .I bought their Mums know best book at christmas and must say I've never used a TV chef book so much!

The late Keith Floyd - fantastic entertainment even if you have no intention of cooking.
US chef Anthony Bourdain - great fun as he seeks out the best food being churned out in kitchens around the States and further afield.
Heston Blumenthal - watching Heston has begun to lose it's appeal somewhat, like dining on lobster and caviar everyday, but there is no doubt that some of his programmes early on were nothing short of spectacular.
