"Calm down dear!"

 This is intended to be a place to sound off about discouraging things you have been told, or incidents at work, college, school or in any social situation or public place which would reasonably come under the heading of genuine discrimination or which is a classic example of stereotyping of your social group. This is not meant to be a campaigning group - just an opportunity to unload something you may have been carrying around for years and maybe feel better through sharing it with other OU students and read their posts as well.
