Fusion was formed in 2001 by students who recognised the need to create a society for students and graduates whose primary interest is in physics and astronomy. It now has around 300 members including students at all levels of study in the OU Physical sciences program.

As a Fusion member you will receive our newsletter with articles provided by our members and from professional. We organise events and recent visits include trips to Surrey Satellites, the Culham Science Centre, Sellafield and the Mullard Radio Observatory.

We are affiliated to the Institute of Physics, the Open University Student Association and are supported by the Open University Department of Physics and Astronomy. Our association with the revision and preparation weekends adds to your OU experience by bridging the gap left by distance learning.

Fusion is open to students and staff of the Open University (past or present) and to anyone with an interest in Physics and Astronomy. Our membership costs £7 per year with reduced rates on 3 & 5 yr membership. Visit our website for more information (www.oufusion.org)

Any of the students who has finished S104/S207 and he/she doen't need the materials anymore I will be happy to collect them or to arrange for delivey and I will cover the expenses. If you agreed to do so that will be very much appreciated.
