This is a group for those starting in L185 - English for Academic Purposes - in October 2012.
I've never done a higher education course before, and am taking this module on the broad based pathway for a Law degree, and thought that this, along with another module, sounded like the right thing to get me into the swing of HE.
We all know its boring to study on your own, and from my experience at college, I wouldn't like to go through this degree on my own, so if anyone wants to join and be 'study buddies' or whatever they are call, maybe we can get to know one another and help each other out along the way.
