The 100-Word Bible
by Jonny Griffiths
Published by Darton Longman and Todd, October 2009
A gentle meander through Holy Scripture at a speed of one hundred words per book.
The Bible. How do those two words make you feel?
Daunted or inspired? Awe-struck or guilty? Ill-informed or light-headed?
Any work that’s been a bestseller for so long is bound to summon up strong emotions.
You’re holding one (ordinary) Christian’s response to the Bible's pages,
a collection of 100-word distillations describing the books and themes it contains.
Each verbal century here is an extended theological haiku, a snapshot of a rich moment,
a pencil sketch that chooses one simple line from an intricate whole.
Whether you know your Bible inside out, or whether you’re currently outside looking in, please enjoy.
“Distil, and know that I am God.”

I'm trying to figure this out.....
Hi, it may be my pc's problem or I may be a little ( or more than a little ) dim but what actually is this 100 word bible. I clicked everywhere I could think to try and find the actual 100 words...I clicked on the forum and clicked everything clickable and discovered they weren't clickable and got me nowhere so....I have decided to leave this message and hope someone will take pity on me and pull me out of my frustration! Thank you in advance.
