Right I'm really confused and really stuck! I've been making my way through the book, the DVD and the resources book and I'm on activity 5. Is it jut me or is the book not matching up the te audio files on the DVD? I've done the activities and they don't match up! For example, activity 2 said that Ann had been talking to Cheryl but I didn't hear the audio for that until activity 3. Also for activity 5, I've just had to jot down words that Ann uses to describe how she's feeling and my answers were completely different to the ones in the book as it says Angus is appreciative in the tender moments they have! That's not in the resources book yet either! It's all, all over the place! I've spent hours doing it and its all wrong!!! GRRRRR SOMEONE HELP MEEEE!!

Hi Emily, Yes I see what you mean, i've just finished activity 2 and also didn't come across Ann's conversation with Cheryl when reading up to the heading "Accessing services" as required, so it's not just you. Will continue & let you know how I get on - hope you are making good progress.
