Hi

Yes, I have signed up to start in September, too.  Is there a College of Law forum we can join too do you know?

Looking forward to it, even though I'm 42 and haven't studied for a good few years, are you working towards the Law degree?

Only 5 of us? ;-)

Don't know about College of Law forum but I found this:

http://www.college-of-law.co.uk/open/

I found this OU group:

OU Law Society (OULS)

http://www8.open.ac.uk/platform/groups/ou-law-society-ouls

Doesn't seem very active, more information than interaction.

If you haven't already found it there is a bit of Y166 on OpenLearn:

Well the OU parcel turned up on the 18th.  Should I have not opened it until 1st September?  Can you submit a TMA before the course actually  starts?  Never used word count in Word so much!

Taking my time refining.  It is a long time until W100 in Feb 2012!

Mande Lawrence - Mon, 22/08/2011 - 02:13

Hi,

I'm starting Y166 too on september. I've already looked in the book and started studying Introduction.... it looked like it's going to be very interesting.

Louise Trower - Thu, 25/08/2011 - 10:35

Thank you, Ian for the College of Law link - very interesting.

I've started studying already as well - couldn't wait! It does look REALLY interesting.  I'm hoping to do Employment Law in November as well...eeeeek!

I'm also 42 and living life backwards - bit scarey, this is such a complex subject but so fascinating.

Looking forward to working with you all - I'm in Hampshire, anyone in this vicinity?

See you soon

Hi all, I too started in September . I must say I find writing essays very daunting. I am a stay at home mum and haven't studied in about 13 years. Anyway I look forward to the next few months.
