OU welcomes pioneers to campus

Pioneer event 1
The Open University recently held an event to welcome back some of its earliest graduate. The pioneer event not only celebrates the role students played in the growth of the OU but also provided a unique opportunity for many to visit the Milton Keynes campus for the first time.

The Development Office were hosts to 160 graduates who had the opportunity to enjoy a self-guided walk around campus taking in the artwork, gardens and buildings. Many of the pioneers commented that they wanted to see “where it all began” and to actually visit the campus they had heard so much about during their studies and subsequent years.
