A conference has just heard some suggestions for ways in which the OU could better support those who are studying while caring. What would you change or suggest to us?

Make the application for finacial support for short courses more accurate. Carers can claim for short courses but according to the form they can't and you need to be persistant.
I had all but given up when I was told the form is misleading.

Just people in touch with other carers on the same module. A big wish but would help like-minded people network especially if they live in the same area of the UK.
