Welcome to the OU Latter-day Saints (Mormons) group!

If you are LDS and studying at the Open University, this is a group where you can find fellow LDS, support and resources unique to LDS.

If you are curious about the Mormons, please feel free to ask you questions and share your thoughts.

A few new members have joined the group! Welcome!!

Please don't be shy and:

1- Introduce yourselves and let us know what modules you are doing.

2- Invite other LDS you know are taking OU modules to join and participate.

Rui Sousa - Fri, 27/01/2012 - 20:58

 Hi,

My name is Rui Sousa, i am 22 and from Ipswich. I am starting my first module at the OU, "My Digital Life", counting towards a Degree in Computting & IT with Business.

It is quite exciting starting my studies again after my mission, but a bit daunting. The OU has amazing resources and alot of that fear of the unknown has disapeared now that i have familiarized myself with how the website is structured, with the support and resources available at the OU.

Hope to hear from you all soon about your experiences.

Hi

Roz from Ipswich Ward also. I am currently doing DSE 212 Exploring Psychology, having completed DSE 141 (Discovering Psychology), DD131 (Intro to Soc. Sciences) and Y156 Understanding Children.

Love the open university courses and have been blessed with some great tutors too!

It's a bit daunting, no, very daunting at times but there is lots of support out there including here now too!

Thanks for this group.

Roz

I have now finished B120 and BU130, and just started B121 and LB160.

Looking forward to learning some more great stuff!
