I'm starting my degree in October 2012, I just wondered if anyone else is on the same pathway, just so I have an idea what to expect :)

hi there, im also starting criminology and pschological studies degree in oct, im doing the extensive pathway, this is my first degree and i would also like to know of anyone who is doing this as well, any advice would be great, please email me or find me on fb, i have joined all the groups and forums but to be honest not finding them clear as to where to acsses any replies from, any help would be great guys thanks x

When you're on the Platform home, keep scrolling down and you'll come to a summary of the forums titled "in the forums" just below your groups. Then click on "Replies to you" and it will show any replies that you have recieved in the forums. I hope this helps :)

Hi, i'm also starting the criminolgy and psychological studies degree in october, i'm doing the intensive start pathway. As this is my first degree and i'm new to the OU, it'd be nice to hear from anyone who us also studying the same course as me :)

I'm not alone! That makes me so happy! I'm also on the intensive pathway!
I started a degree last year but only did a couple months due to ill health, I cannot put into words how excited I am to get back into education. I would reccomend having a browse round The Student Room forums, they have an Open University forum :)

Oh right i see, i've just left sixth form, so i'm just going straight back into studying, i probably wouldn't be able to motivate myself if i left it any longer!
