 Hi,

My name is Debbie & I am studying A150 starting November 3rd 2012.  I am also having to re-do AA100 because I was not able to complete this year due to ill health & family issues.

I live near Ludlow, Shropshire & have a real interest in history - hence my degree choice.

I suffer from severe mobility issues which means that some days I can't even get out of bed.  I am on several pain relief tablets which includes a slow release morphine & an oral morphine.  I am so looking forward to starting my study again as I don't think I can take much more day time TV.  Although watching Jeremy Kyle helps because I watch that & think my problems aren't as bad as some people on there LOL.

I have a 22 year old daughter who has Bi-Polar disorder & is also an anorexic, she has decided that she is going to start an Open Degree as her various therapists have said that because she is a very intelligent young woman it would certainly help with her recovery.  Needless to say I very proud of her.

I am married to a wonderful 2nd hubby & have 7 cats, 1 dog, 4 bantums & 2 silkies (very small chickens).  As you may have guessed I love animals LOL.

I look forward to making friends here who are from the West Midlands.

Debbie
