Redundancy support in Wales

Whether you've already been made redundant or your job is currently under threat, there's a wealth of support services available to you if you live in Wales.

If you're unemployed and available for work you may qualify for Jobseeker's Allowance and other benefits, depending on your circumstances. You may also be able to benefit from the Redundancy Action Scheme (ReACT) which has been specifically designed by the Welsh Assembly Government to help you find a new job as quickly as possible.

Depending on your circumstances, support available through ReACT can include a contribution towards the cost of training, financial support for special equipment needs, training materials, travel costs and childcare provision.
