ReLIVE11 is linked to The Virtual World Conference, a 24 hour conference of invited speakers taking place within Second Life on the 14th of September 2011.

This annual conference explores the uses of virtual worlds for learning, collaborative work and business. The first event was held on 15th September 2010 and hosted entirely in Second Life, where 21 leading international speakers from across the globe showcased innovation and applications within Virtual Worlds, debating key issues with an audience drawn from 15 countries worldwide.

Want to contribute?
We’re in the planning stages for The Virtual World Conference 2011 already, motivated by the great feedback we had from our inaugural 2010 event. If you would like to propose yourself or someone you know to speak at TVWConf 2011, or have other suggestions for activities, involvement and/or sponsorship, please email info@thevirtualworldconference.org.

Please see www.thevirtualworldconference.org for more details.

ReLIVE Virtual Festival, 20th September 2011, Second Life

We are also pleased to offer a ReLIVE Virtual Festival. This will take place within Second Life and/or other immersive environments, and we invite innovative proposals for activities (see Call for Abstracts), particularly from and for those who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference. Registration for this event will be free, but places are limited.
