OU linked data expert contributes to public sector review

Professor John Domingue at the OU's Knowledge Media Institute was invited this month to a Breakfast Meeting on linked data, part of an independent review of  public sector information. The Shakespeare Review, which was published this month, was led by Stephan Shakespeare, Chair of the Data Strategy Board – a body set up by BIS.  The Review makes nine recommendations to government around the growth opportunities of, and how to widen access to, the wealth of information held by the public sector.

Professor Domingue is one of the 90-odd attendees of various meetings who were named and thanked for their contribution to the review. Read more about the review
