Liz has an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and additional postgraduate qualifications gained through distance learning in marketing from the CIM, IDM and the British Management Institute as a management coach. Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Education and she has 20 years’ experience as a manager on which she has built her consultancy knowledge.
Liz has proven experience in the design and delivery of corporate development programmes for diverse groups of learners across industries in the private, public and third sector. Having worked with and within senior teams and boards to support performance development, facilitate strategic planning and change programmes she has worked as an associate in such organisations as the British Council, UK Commission for Education and Skills and Investors in People, and built and managed her own companies and employees.
Her experience of designing work-based learning spans workshops, programmes, face to face lecturing and individual support interventions. Her philosophy is to build competence and knowledge having established real business needs.
Liz has an excellent understanding of the issues involved in executive education, management development and continuing professional development having worked with organisations from financial services, charities, local and national government departments, regulatory bodies, hospitality, health care and others.
