Encouraged ALs in Community of Practice to develop material and share good practice – set up wiki. With team wrote assessment and developed material for personal development file. IET student feedback rated course higher than postgraduate average. 1997-2006, B884 B824 Human Resource Strategies: Developed residential school; CD and script monitor; developed Day Schools; critically read course revisions 2004/5 added academic references, cases, CIPD research, online hyperlinks. Online tutor forum moderator. 2003-ongoing, B713 Fundamentals of Senior Management: Revised residential school programme and workshops which resulted in greater satisfaction rates. Designed assessment questions and marking guidance. Constructive work inspiring colleagues in collaboration to combine B700 and B713 residential school is ongoing and my workshops will be incorporated in final outcome. 1997-1998, B881 Strategy: Course team member led continuous improvement of residential school and AL training, tutor notes. Led residential for ALs to review student residential School. 1990-1992, CD at approx 35 Certificate residential schools, and 1997-1998, Designed AL training for residential school. 1994-2000, B751 Managing Development and Change: Course team: Developed residential school; wrote tutorial notes; contributed to assessment including marking guidelines. Moderated online student and tutor forums; critical reader; wrote tutor newsletter. 1992-1995, P676 Managing People: Redesigned residential School; wrote all assessment, marking guidelines, Course team 1990 - wrote tutor notes; Led tutoring in Hungary and Slovakia including training the trainers - students subsequently became local tutors.
