Professional biography

I have been a Lecturer in Psychology at the Open University since August 2020. Previously, I was a Lecturer in Social Psychology at the University of Surrey (2017-2018) and at the University of Northampton (2018-2020).

Research interests

My main research interests are:

  • Gender and sexuality
  • Inequality, prejudice and discrimination
  • Queer theory and the history of sexualities
  • Internet-based research and online human relationships
  • Political psychology and public policies
  • Methodological pluralism and research integration

Teaching interests

I am usually teaching research methods (both qualitative and quantitative) and social psychology. At the Open University, I'm part of the presentation team for DE300 (Investigating Psychology 3). I am also involved in developing new modules.
