Confidentiality of information posted

In addition to internal members of staff and Associate Lecturers, only retired members of staff who have registered via the Retired Staff Association website will be able to access this website. This site is governed by the University’s Computing Code of Conduct. which sets out the detailed standards and requirements expected in using the Open University’s computing resource. Information obtained from this contacts database should not be used for any other purpose than enabling you to contact ex-colleagues personally. Names and contact information should not be provided to any third party for commercial or any other purpose. A breach of this confidentiality will result in an individual’s password entry to the Retired Staff Association website being withdrawn.
