So far in this section we have looked at how information can be categorised into different types. In the following activity you will be shown several information sources of different types and asked to decide where they are most likely to be found.

Below is a list of four information sources of different types. It is useful to think about where these information sources are most likely to be found, the five options of where they could be found are as follows: Libraries, Databases, The Internet, Booksellers and The Media.
