Refund/cancellation policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked no later than 14th
November 2009 to be processed and accepted. We will not accept e-mail requests for
refunds. Requests for refunds postmarked after the 14th November 2009 will not be
accepted.
In the event that the SSCG2009 Organisational Committee must cancel the conference for
any reason (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire and flooding),
liability is limited to the registration fees paid only. The SSCG2009 Organisational Committee is not
responsible for other expenses incurred, including accommodation (other than that
included in the registration fee) and travel.
If the conference takes place but you are unable to attend, whether for reasons within or
beyond your control, you will not be entitled to a refund and you will be liable for the full
registration fee (including accommodation at Accenture on Thursday 17th December 2009),
unless you have complied with the conditions for refunds and cancellations set out above.
Your Registration and Payment Form constitutes a legally binding contract under English
law and is subject to the above terms and conditions. You will be deemed to have
accepted the terms and conditions, either at the time of booking if using our website,
or for bookings made in any other way, unless we hear from you, within seven (7) days of
sending you this document.
