This course explores some major scientific and technological issues that have been in the public spotlight.
The course considers how science can be communicated in a range of settings via traditional and digital media.
This is the third course in the Science Studies strand of the MSc programme, and examines different aspects of the learning of science in educational settings, from science in the early years, right through to science at tertiary level.
A 60 point project course is available for students who are interested in pursuing a substantial piece of independent research as part of their MSc studies.
